Kitchen
The kitchen is one of the biggest reasons people choose a rental home over staying at a hotel. Most guests will, at some point, want to cook for themselves. To offer a “fully equipped” kitchen, we believe you must be providing these essentials.
Please note: The amount of dinnerware is dependent on maximum number of guests. A good rule of thumb is to have double for the number of allowed guests.

Living Room
Remember that you will have to replace these furnishings more often than you would in your own home; we suggest buying good quality furniture over the most expensive or fashionable. Also making sure the couches are easy to clean with removable covers.
Don’t forget the kids. Glass coffee tables and especially small trinkets will always break at some point.
